We feel that part of our mission in following Jesus is to plant healthy, local churches in cities all over the world. We hope to plant churches where students and families can come hear about Jesus in a clear, relevant way; and learn what it means to follow Him and become disciples. Blue Sky Church itself was planted by a small group of about 50 people originally from Carbondale, Illinois.
